 The United Recreational Soccer League (URSL) was born out of necessity in the wake of the pandemic in 2019. With no local leagues available for recreational teams, the LOUYAA Soccer program took the initiative to create a league where teams could continue to play, grow, and compete in a structured yet fun environment. 

 The league remains committed to its core mission—providing an affordable, competitive, and community-focused soccer experience for recreational teams. URSL ensures that players of all skill levels have a place to play, develop, and most importantly, enjoy the game without the financial burden of high-cost leagues.
