We are also dedicated to achieving 100% referee coverage by professional, MSYSA-sanctioned referees to ensure a fair and safe playing experience.

URSL-MD invites “true rec” teams to join our small-sided recreational soccer league for 2nd to 6th Grade players, based on school-year birthdates. A “true rec” team is not a travel team, club team, semi-club team, or any selective team formed through tryouts, player exclusion, or recruitment for team stacking. We welcome teams that are

A “true rec” team is not a travel team, club team, semi-club team, or any selective team formed through tryouts, player exclusion, or recruitment for team stacking. We welcome teams that are open to all youth interested in playing soccer, regardless of skill level. Competitive players and travel teams are not permitted to participate in this league. If your team does not meet these criteria, we’d be happy to recommend other leagues that may better suit your needs.

URSL-MD is managed by volunteers from the LOUYAA Alliance Soccer Club. LOUYAA is a registered not-for-profit organization, operated almost entirely by volunteers, and could not exist without their dedication and selflessness. These volunteers generously give their time and energy to support URSL-MD, ensuring that “true rec” teams have a

As a non-profit organization, the LOUYAA Alliance Soccer Club uses all URSL-MD league fees exclusively for URSL-MD operations. LOUYAA does not profit from the league in any way.
